Grill some Kale
Sprinkle olive oil over Kale leaves then toss them on the grill.
(It’s alright if they get sort of charred, but be careful they don’t get too burnt or they will disintegrate into veggie dust right before your eyes!)Once done cooking, squeeze a lemon over the top and maybe mix in some raw onions and a dash of sea salt.
Mad healthy. Wicked tasty.
